Job Purpose

As Senior Lead – Shared Services & Recruitment, you will provide high-quality HR administrative support and will be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding Shared Services and Recruitment-related inquiries. This includes supporting the onboarding of new team members.

This is a short-term contract for four (4) months only.

What you will do:

Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and managers raised through our ticketing system within the service level agreement.

Help administer HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and documenting employee changes.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR system and other HR-related databases.

Produce HR reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making.

Provide administrative support in the preparation of new hire contracts, contract renewals, and employee change documents.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures.

Maintain the confidentiality of all HR-related information.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Nigeria.

Coordinate onboarding for new team members in Nigeria.

Update all recruitment trackers.

Requirements:

Diploma Holder / Degree holder, preferably in Human Resource or a related field.

3+ years of HR-related experience.

Experience and a high capacity for managing multiple tasks and people simultaneously while delivering high-quality output.

Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
