Job description: We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales team in Moniya, Oyo State where progress, and humility are valued as highly as technical excellence.Handling responsibilities from managing client relationships to nurturing leads and presenting our products to potential customers, you will uphold the brand values of M-KOPA as a front-line employee, achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth for the organization.What’s exciting about this role?You will monitor and deliver set sales targets within the designated territory.You will achieve and surpass sales targets of M-KOPA products by developing local networks.You will uphold the brand values of M-KOPA, including ensuring the M-KOPA retail point standard and guidelines are adhered to.You will recruit, train, coach, mentor & supervise a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSR) to meet the set targets in line with M-KOPA business goals.You will keenly monitor and evaluate the performance of DSRs to meet the performance standards.You will manage DSR inventory and resolve audit recommendations in line with M-KOPA audit resolution guidelines.You will design Sales and Marketing Strategy for the team to ensure Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly sales targets are reached.You will monitor and analyze the performance of Marketing campaigns.Report writingExpertiseOur expectations are that your CV reflects a rich blend of technical expertise and practical experience, positioning you as a valuable asset as a Warehouse Assistant.You are a B.Sc Holder or a Higher National Diploma Holder in any related fieldYou have 2 years of Sales experience in FinTech Microfinance, Insurance, Telecommunications, Mobile-Money, FMCG, or other products/services in Nigeria.You have excellent sales and negotiation skillsYou have ability to motivate and lead a team.You have planning, Organization, and Conflict-resolution skillsYou have excellent Presentation, Communication, Coaching, and People SkillsYou are great at leading a wide array of people to perform.You have ability to work calmly under pressure.You have a process-oriented mindset.Our hiring process is as much about us selling to you as the other way round-the interview process will be as follows:Recruiter call 30 mins – an introduction to the process and M-KOPATechnical assessment – A deep dive into the role dynamicsHiring Team call 45 mins – High level introductions with the hiring TeamStakeholder interview 60 mins – This is where most of the magic happens.Why M-KOPA?At M-KOPA, we empower our people to own their careers through diverse development programs, coaching partnerships, and on-the-job training.
