- The Sales Executive isresponsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our short-term apartment rentals in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. This role involves identifying and attracting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate and hospitality market in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle client inquiries, provide detailed information about the properties, and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential clients to close sales.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.
- Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital tools to attract new clients.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote the company’s services.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Provide feedback and insights to help improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
