Our Client is a technology solution company with a growth mindset that provides leading-edge technology solutions and services to organizations, seeks a Sales Executive (IT Solutions) to drive sales and expand their customer base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential areas for expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and create reports on sales metrics.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the software industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office andCRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • B.Sc Business Admin or I.T related course
  • Knowledge of the software and technology market.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
