KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential areas for expansion.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and create reports on sales metrics.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the software industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office andCRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven with a proven track record in sales.
- B.Sc Business Admin or I.T related course
- Knowledge of the software and technology market.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions.
