As a Research Manager- Quantitative Research, you will play a crucial role in shaping our research strategies and successfully implementing them.Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative research studies to identify consumer preferences and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative research methodologies
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients
- Manage end-to-end research projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budget
- Lead and mentor a team of research analysts, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Effectively communicate research findings to clients and internal team members in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and effective quantitative research methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of research proposals and client pitches
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in market research, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Proven experience as a Research Manager, preferably in a quantitative research role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SPSS or R
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings to clients and relevant individuals.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious goals
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
