Description

• We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager for our client. As the Regional Manager (North Central & North East), you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving growth in the assigned region.
• You will work closely with the executive management team to develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share and maximize revenue.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve revenue targets
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives in the region
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers
• Oversee the implementation of sales policies and procedures
• Manage key customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance, and forecasts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders and partners.
