Position : Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Job Analysis and Planning:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs.
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications for vacant positions.

Sourcing and Attraction:

  • Utilize various channels to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to build a talent pipeline.

Candidate Screening and Evaluation:

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
  • Administer assessments or tests as needed.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Selection and Offer:

  • Assist in the final selection of candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate terms.

Onboarding Support:

  • Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees.

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
  • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Goals:

Time-to-Fill:

  • Achieve timely and efficient recruitment processes to fill vacant positions promptly.

Quality of Hire:

  • Ensure selected candidates meet or exceed job performance expectations.

Candidate Satisfaction:

  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Talent Pipeline Development:
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Hiring Manager Satisfaction:
  • Gather feedback from hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment processes.

Required profile for job ad : Recruitment Specialist

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
