Position : Recruitment Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Job Analysis and Planning:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications for vacant positions.
Sourcing and Attraction:
- Utilize various channels to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Implement effective sourcing strategies to build a talent pipeline.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
- Administer assessments or tests as needed.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Selection and Offer:
- Assist in the final selection of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate terms.
Onboarding Support:
- Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Goals:
Time-to-Fill:
- Achieve timely and efficient recruitment processes to fill vacant positions promptly.
Quality of Hire:
- Ensure selected candidates meet or exceed job performance expectations.
Candidate Satisfaction:
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Hiring Manager Satisfaction:
- Gather feedback from hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
Required profile for job ad : Recruitment Specialist
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
