• We are looking for enthusiastic individual who will assist the Human Resources officer in the human resources department in getting the best candidate and he /she will make the work more easy for the human resources officer.

He/she is responsible for:

• Sourcing for candidate for different job positions.
• Putting out job adverts on different platforms
• Schedule interviews and send out email to qualified candidate
• Handling of work place human relations issues
• Representing the HR Department in event, seminar within Nigeria and outside the country.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any discipline but a Degree in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills
• Good organization skills
• Good in Microsoft office package such as excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn and adapt easily to new work procedures and environment
• Ability to deliver results and leadership ability.
