Job Overview

This individual must be able to perform comprehensive background checks and verifications on candidates,employees,including employment history,education credentials,professional certifications,and legal records.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to obtain necessary information and documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Verifying employment details of employees,including education,residential address and criminal records.

• Conducting background checks for employees.

• Coordinating with human resource team and Line managers for employment and reference verification.

• Maintaining track of cases for future reference of clients.

• Collecting information and generating reports within the required time frame.

• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.

• Prepare offer letters and contract packages.

• Facilitate on-boarding activities.

• Support the human resources team in resourcing and placing top talents with top companies.

• Maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise in recruitment trends.

• Data analysis and strategic research.

• You MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience from a Recruitment Consulting firm.

Job Requirement

• You MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience from a Recruitment Consulting firm.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have a keen eye for noticing discrepancies.
