Job Position: Receptionist / Front Desk Personnel
Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Admin Officer
Job Purpose
- We are looking for a Receptionist who can help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns
- By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
