Job Description
- Reporting of noncompliance, deviation in standard and possible work hazard,
- Implementing FSMS,
- Weekly soon to expire update,
- Ensuring FEFO and FIFO is followed
- Strict adherence to company policy and operating procedures.
- Adequate knowledge of food hazards,
- Ensuring GMP and GHP
Qualifications
2+ years experience in the same field
B.sc in related field
Experience in a QSR business is an added advantage
Process control
Documentation
Great auditing and inspection skill
High level of verbal and written skill,
Good communication skill,
Microsoft office
Knowledge of NAV or SAP is a must
