Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Retrieving filed waybills from the archive to enable the Inbound Delivery Process Officer (I.D.P.O) to sort out customer complaints.
- Detachment of waybills to enable Proof Of Delivery Officer (P.O.D) to upload on System Analysis Program Development (S.A.P)
- Retrieval and scanning of waybills to the Finance team for clarity purposes.
- Receiving consumables and stationery from vendor.
- Issuance of dispatch notes and stationery to Ogba and Illishan site.
- Filing of documents from Fulls and Empties Warehouse.
- Weekly report on Safety Improvement Report Card (S.I.R.C) from all contractors on site.
- Issuance of transporter copy of waybills to all transporters on site.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years experience.
Salary
- N44,000 / Month (Net)
- HMO + Pension + 13th Month
