We seek an innovative, self-driven and ambitious People Business Partner to join our team!
You will play a critical role in implementing the people strategy and initiatives within your designated business area, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expertise and guidance on a wide range of HR matters.
As a People Business Partner, your job responsibilities include the following:
■ Business Partnership:
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to managers within your business area, understanding their goals, challenges, and priorities.
■ Employee Relations and Performance Management:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Coach and counsel managers on effective leadership practices, including performance feedback, goal setting, and employee development geared towards cultivating a high growth and performance-oriented culture.
- Support the implementation of performance management programs and processes to enhance employee performance and accountability.
- Serve as the first point of interaction for the People & Culture department within your business areas.
■ Onboarding
- Ensure that all identified resource gaps within your business areas are filled promptly with the right talent.
- Drive the implementation of the onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
■ Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Support the development and implementation of employee recognition and reward programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address employee satisfaction, retention, and development opportunities.
■ HR Policy and Compliance:
- Provide guidance and support on HR policy interpretation and implementation to Managers and employees ensuring consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
■ Change Management and Organizational Development:
- Partner with the CHRO and Managers to drive organizational change initiatives.
- Support the design and implementation of organizational development interventions to enhance team and individual performance.
■ HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Participate in HR-related projects, such as HR process improvements or employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR programs that align with organizational goals.

- You understand the sensitivity of HR information and the need for confidentiality.
- You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- You have strong capabilities in project management.

- B.Sc. in any Science or Social-Science courses.
- Certified in any of internationally recognized HR professional certifications – SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHRi, PHRi etc.
6 years related work experience including experience in one or more of the following business sectors: Fintech, Banking, Technology and Management Consulting.
Physical Requirements:
We currently run a flexible work structure; some days are remote while others require you to collaborate with colleagues at the office location.
For each situation, you may have:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
This role reports to the CHRO.
