  • Schedule regular maintenance checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Dispatch and Tracking:

  • Coordinate the dispatch of trucks and drivers.
  • Implement tracking systems to monitor the real-time location and status of shipments.

Team Supervision:

  • Manage and lead a team of drivers, dispatchers, and support staff.
