Amber Drinks Limited in the past four years has been running strategies to become a household name and dominant player in the sales and distribution of her brand of Amber Energy Drink in the Nigeria Energy Drink market.The brand is being sold and distributed in different States in Nigeria covering the North, South, East and Western part of the country. Due to ongoing business expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced On- Trade Relationship officer to join the team and play a pivotal role within the overall business.Job Title: On- Trade Relationship OfficerWhat the job takesFor our On-Trade team, there’s no such thing as a typical sales rep we live, work, and breathe the job.   • AMBER-SSADOR Use your unique personality to showcase this premium brand. Bring the brand to life, from the trendiest lounge and bars, the clubs in town, and the biggest festivals, to the most private and exclusive events. Provide excellence and take responsibility for the visibility and availability of our products wherever you go.
  • ALLIANCE BUILDER As our relationship officer, you will work to strengthen and nurture our long-term professional relationships with established customers and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts. Create and maintain a network of decision-makers in the hospitality and HORECA scenes spreading affinity and enthusiasm for Amber Energy Drink. Build your personal reputation within the local scene based on your assigned territory.
  • TAKING OWNERSHIP Take full responsibility for the On-Premise sales and marketing activities for your territory. Know your territory like the back of your hand, keep an eye on the latest trends, and maintain a sharp look-out for new opportunities-winning them for Amber. Develop and deploy ingenious strategies and innovative tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Amber Drinks.
  • INDISPENSABLE BUSINESS CONSULTANT Make every appointment with your customers the highlight of their day. They look forward to benefiting from your insightful thoughts, astute observations & strategic considerations. Utilize your sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for your customers and for Amber Drinks, surpassing previous marketing and sales goals. Take a creative approach to problem solving and marketing, coming up with new and innovative ways to keep Amber Energy Drink number one in the On Premise sector.
  • LEADERSHIP Take full responsibility for the On-Premise sales and marketing team of Amber brand promoters ensuring that customers chose and preferred Amber while having fun.

RequirementsRequirementsQualifications

  • Education: Minimum of HND/BSc.
  • Experience: 3 years minimum in Sales and marketing positions
  • Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to operate a Smart Phone
  • Basic knowledge in MS office suite Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Well-networked, have established contacts in the night scene
  • Experience in the beverage industry, entertainment and/or events, hospitality and catering would be an added advantage
  • Flexibility and independence, no two days and, more importantly, no two nights are the same.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to craft and deliver the right message, to the right people, at the right time.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategic and innovative commercial awareness, and planning and negotiation skills

Remuneration: 200,000 monthly gross salary.Location: Abia State and Edo State
