Position : Online Host (Virtual Assistant)
ARO Management (ARO Management NIG LTD), established in 2018, is a property management services provider operating between the United Kingdom and Nigeria. They provide a range of management services to clients including property renovations, consultancy and both online and offline (on-ground) management services. ARO Management is growing and is looking to build an exciting team to take on its next set of objectives and challenges from its clients. The key themes that bring the
§ARO Management will be offering a 2 month – paid internship, upon the completion of this internship and a review of the candidates performance, there may be a full time role offered. The role will be primarily remote.
During the internship period, the intern shall have the responsibility of performing the following duties: * Responding to messages on vacation rental platforms including AIRBNB, BOOKING.COM, VRBO and EXPEDIA
- Assisting respective team members in ensuring all bookings under supervision are prepared for check in-check out.
- Dealing with guest related issues (Via calls and messaging) and any other methods.
- Assisting the senior team in dealing with guest related issues.
- Any other miscellaneous duties assigned to the Intern under ARO Management Nigeria LTD.
We believe this internship will allow the candidate to develop a range of skills.
Required profile for job ad : Online Host (Virtual Assistant)
ARO Management will be looking for the following criteria
- Current University student or a graduate
- IT literate (Comfortable using a range of computer related software and mobile software e.g. Whatsapp)
- Strong communication skills.
- Evidence of using ‘initiative’ (not waiting for instructions, but creating instructions and solving problems)
- Being engaged

- Team player
