Job description: Centre for Research in Enterprise and Action in Management (CREM Nigeria) – Our client, a growing Microfinance bank, is recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Operations Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• The ideal candidates can preferably be an HND / B.Sc in any related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of the MS-Office.
• Can be between 28 – 45 years old at the time of application. (There can be flexibility for suitable candidates)
• Can be a Male or Female

Experience:

Advertisement

• 3 – 7 years in microfinance banking operations.
• Well-organized and result oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure with less supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
• High drive and interest in taking on new tasks.
• Should be bold and have good communication skills.

Salary

N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.

2.) Branch Manager

Job Locations: Lagos, Ogun and Akwa Ibom

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• The ideal candidates can preferably be an HND / B.Sc / in any related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of the MS-Office,
• Can be a Male or Female
• Can be between 28- 45 years old at the time of application. (There can be flexibility for suitable candidates)

Experience:

• 3- 7 years in microfinance banking operations.
