This role will provide a valuable learning experience for someone interested in the banking and customer onboarding industry.Responsibilities:Service
- Review and process account creation requests from customers.
- Assist in the review of pending account upgrade requests.
- Conduct manual KYC reviews to verify customer information.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and accurate customer onboarding.
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with responding to customer inquiries and providing support
Risk
- Identify major risks affecting the KYC processes in place and ensure that necessary steps are taken to measure, monitor, and control these risks.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and internal policies during the onboarding process.
- Account Creation Review Efficiency
- Zero churn rate as a result of breaching SLA when onboarding customers.
- Accuracy in KYC Reviews
Requirements
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the digital banking industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (across the business)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive information.
- Creative, analytical with good problem-solving skills
- Obtained NYSC, degree in any field
