Job Description

The Onboarding Administrator’s responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding Customers, Agents, and Merchants.
  • Developing relationships with stakeholders to optimize and achieve business objectives.
  • Tracking, monitoring, and evaluating onboarding processes.
  • Report writing.
  • Implementing Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identities of new clients and partners.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed of onboarding progress.
  • Maintaining meticulous and confidential records of all onboarding activities, including KYC documentation.
  • Organizing and archiving records for easy accessibility, auditing, and reporting purposes.
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements within the onboarding and KYC procedures.
  • Conducting comprehensive due diligence, background checks, and documentation validation to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Staying updated on financial regulatory changes and adapting KYC procedures accordingly.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  • Ensuring the completion and accuracy of all necessary contracts, agreements, and documentation during the onboarding process.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing improved onboarding and KYC protocols to maintain efficiency and compliance.
  • Performing any other duties required that are in line with the nature of the job and level of responsibility.


  • 0-3 years of experience in the area of specialization.
  • Experience in onboarding administration within the financial industry, with a strong grasp of KYC requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using software and tools for documentation and record-keeping.
