Job Title: Equipment Lease Executive
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop equipment leasing departmental operational policies and procedures
- Develop market strategy
- Develop finance Strategy
- Understanding of the current leasing laws and regulations
- Develop risk management strategy
- Oversee administrative manpower of the leasing desk
- Preparing leasing documents for potential leasees using ELAN standards and regulations
- Perform any related tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Skills Required
- First Degree in any discipline from a reputable Tertiary institution
- A member or Associate of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) is an added advantage
- Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of leasing experience.
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite-word and Excel
- Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of the company
- The high degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly experienced, diligent, and knowledgeable individuals.
Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 monthly.
