Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Engineer with expertise in React Native to join our Company. As a Mobile Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge mobile applications that empower users to manage their financial activities seamlessly. Your expertise in React Native, along with your passion for creating user-friendly and performant mobile experiences, will contribute to the success of our innovative fintech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure smooth and responsive mobile applications.
• Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements by collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
• Write and execute unit tests, participate in testing efforts, and diagnose and fix bugs to maintain the reliability and stability of the mobile applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Create engaging and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience, working closely with the product design team to translate designs into functional components.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for features, APIs, and integrations to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
• Continuous Integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to ensure rapid and reliable releases.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development, React Native, and related technologies, and propose innovative solutions to improve our mobile applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in mobile application development using React Native, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, TypeScript, and React Native architecture.
• Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization techniques and debugging tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Working experience in the fintech industry or with financial applications is preferred.
• Any additional experience with native iOS/Android development, CI/CD pipelines, or backend technologies is advantageous.
