Our client is a renowned food and drink manufacturing company. They are currently looking to hire a Marketing Manager in Lagos.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s marketing strategy development and coordinate marketing activities in line with set goals and objectives.

• Design and articulate the company’s marketing strategy and drive implementation aimed at increasing revenue generation

• Champion market research and intelligence activities geared towards providing information on consumer trends, and preferences.

• Support in generating strategies for growing market share, brand reputation, and positioning to improve business growth.

• Engage marketing communication agencies to drive sales performance and guide activities in alignment with brand ethos.

• Identify new growth opportunities through consumer interactions and provide feedback to the Sales and Research and Development teams to aid new product development.

Qualification/ Requirements

• First degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• Minimum of 15 years post NYSC work experience in a similar role with at least 5 years at the mid-managerial level, in an FMCG industry.

• Professional certification in Marketing will be an advantage e.g. NIMN, CIMM, CMMP, etc.

• MBA or Master’s Degree in Marketing is an added advantage.
