About Our ClientOur client is an international Company with large operations in Nigeria.Job Description-Organizing and controlling the production facility to produce at correct quality and cost,– Developing and motivating production staff to achieve agreed objectives regarding efficiency, quality, industrial standards, health, and safety,– Reviewing and analysing production, quality data to determine causes of non-conformity by using internal CI tools,– Optimizing production process that results in the effective use of raw materials,– Managing raw material stock counts and month end closure in SAP with Plant controller,– Managing manufacturing variances and identifying corrective actions,– Ensuring that the Company’s Safety policy and procedures are adhered to and are communicated to the workforce effectively,-Managing the department manpower model and ensure the right people are in the correct positions and succession plans in place,– Developing and training the team to improve the effectiveness of implementation of best/ next practices in his department.The Successful ApplicantGraduated from a reputable university in engineering, you have a minimum of 10-years experience at management level in the manufacturing sector (FMCG, Cement, heavy industry etc…).English fluency is a must-have, French is a plus.A resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with colleagues, you have to be a good communicator for bridging common communication gaps within the factory structure.What’s on OfferExpatriate package.ContactIgor RochetteQuote job refJN-052024-6428099Phone number+33 1 41 92 44 68
