Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
- Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Research legal concepts, case law, judicial opinions, statutes and regulations
- Negotiate cases to meet the needs of our client
- Schedule and conduct depositions of witnesses and experts
- Maintain accurate case files, notes and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a corporate commercial lawyer.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
