Job Summary: The company is looking to hire vibrant Key Account Manager to support the business’s Commercial team in achieving growth in revenue and market share through relationship management and cross-selling/upselling. The role will be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing merchant relationships to maximize revenue from current merchants, ensuring upselling and cross-selling opportunities are explored and executed.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Revenue from Key Accounts: Increase in revenue generated from key accounts over time
§ Cross-selling and Upselling Rates: Success of initiatives aimed at selling additional products or services to existing key merchants.
§ Client Retention Rate: % of key accounts retained over a specific period.
§ Churn Rate: Monitor the rate at which key merchants discontinue their engagement with the company
§ New Business Opportunities: Identify and track new business opportunities within key merchants.
§ Market Share Growth: Assess the contribution of key accounts to the company’s overall market share.
§ Resolution Time: Maintain a 24hrs TAT to resolve merchant complaints
Requirements
§ Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
§ 1-3 years cognate experience preferable from the financial service sector
