• The Procurement Officer is to lead strategic supplier management, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-effective procurement.
• The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless logistics operations, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize our supply chain.

Job Description

• Establish supplier list and common material/service list
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Purchasing the products and services on time for the requesting departments.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management or a similar field preferred
• 3 years of experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar position. Logistics experience is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in the Human Resources department by providing support in various HR functions.
