- Weekly/Monthly bank reconciliation
- Support the account team in the preparation of the year budget
- Participate in the preparation of monthly income statement and balance sheet
- Creating and processing invoices
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Sending bills and invoices to clients
- Raising and preparation of bank transfers and petty cash voucher
- VAT and WHT computation and remittance
- Posting all bank transactions on accounting software
- Management of the company’s account payables and receivables
- Proper record keeping of sales order
- Daily update on sales
- Daily monitoring and tracking of inflows and outflows Inventory control management
- Preparation and tracking of the company’s expense account
- Reconciliation of bank statements with cash accounts
- Preparation of monthly financial reports
- Assisting with budgeting and business performance evaluation
- Proffering solutions and aiding debt recovery processes
- Monthly bank analysis
Salary Range

- Assist in identification, engagement, and liaison with external Beneficiary Organizations (BOs)
- Scrutinize all financial and statutory documents relating to the BOs against internal checklists and CSR Policy guidelines.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and committee members on a routine basis and provide relevant updates from time to time (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Prepare minutes of meetings of all internal CSR meetings (ad-hoc/statutory).
- Make available any documents/information required for external filings related to the CSR program
- Developing policies relating to a company’s ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities
- Routinely update the due diligence checklist as per industry standards or statutory guidelines
- Prepare to write up on BO proposals that meet the minimum due diligence requirements and submit them to CSR committee members for approval
- Keep track of all approvals and follow up with relevant external and internal teams for fund release.
- Keep track of annual CSR budgets and utilization across all entities.

- Raising public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments through marketing
- Writing and actioning a company’s social responsibility strategy
- Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups
- Organising CSR events for employees and their teams
- Encouraging links between the company and educational or charitable groups
- Spreading the word in schools and local organisations about the company
- Reporting on social responsibility activity to the management.
- Writing publicity content such as social media contents, press releases, newsletters, speeches, website copy and leaflets

Reports to: The CEOResponsiblities
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for the CEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations;
- Prioritize and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgment to reflect the CEO’s style and organization policy.
- Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Act as a “barometer,” having a sense of the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated. Anticipate CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.
