Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager’s duties and responsibilities include:

  • Lead marketing strategy via the development of annual and long-range marketing plans to drive increased sales by driving awareness, trial, average spend and purchase frequency/loyalty. Leverages successful marketing
  • Lead marketing and operations teams in the development of annual and long-range product innovation.
  • Plan to drive increased sales.
  • Plan elements/programs from international and local markets as well as recommend new marketing programs to meet the evolving needs of the brand and improve the effectiveness of marketing plans.
  • Leverage successful product development to improve menu effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Management, or its equivalent in relevant courses.
  • 3 – 5 years of worke experience.

  • Acquiring deposits and balance of payment from clients.

  • Understand the needs and pains of the customer and ability then to link them to a set of products / solutions provided by Engineering Team.
  • Maintain understanding and awareness of all relevant competitive products in the marketplace.

  • A Graduate with relevant work experience of 6-10 Years / An MBA preferably with around 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in IT Sales / Telecommunications would be an added advantage.
  • Should have had prior client-facing experience.

Skills:

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of Sales Reports.
  • Good presentation skills, with the ability to present both via Live & Web Platform to inexperienced users as well as senior leadership members.
