Description
- Create outstanding customer service by developing loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction.
- Handling customer complaints and building up a feedback system
- Build trusting relationships with learners, parents, and other staff
- The interface between the school and parents.
- Handle inquiries and follow through with prospective parents.
- Manage the communication flow between the parents and the school
Requirements
- HND / BSc / BA in any Social Sciences
- Previous experience as a customer service executive in a corporate environment.
- Experience in a school setting will be an added advantage

Job Description
- Create an aesthetically supportive learning environment which fosters inquiry, creativity, thinking and independence which will help your learners meet their learning goals.
- Teach the learners the important rules of word problems, problem solving and reasoning skills, using mental strategy and diverse methods.
- Research new teaching methods.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to promote the learning and implementation of best practices in Literacy instruction.
- Monitor and set targets for the social and academic progress of learners.
- Identify learners with special requirements and create individualized plans.
- Assist struggling learners to improve their Numeracy skills.
- Build trusting relationships with learners, parents, and other staff.
- Oversee the learners progress by tracking their assignment and exam grades, in order to provide useful feedback.
Requirements
- B.Sc / BA in Mathematics related course; M.Sc is a plus
- Previous experience as an Numeracy teacher in an International school
