1.) Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Location: Lagos

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Work with the Head of Digital Marketing to develop and implement client campaigns
  • Execute campaigns using videography and editing (shot on mobile)
  • Manage editorial calendar
  • Execute ongoing and approved campaigns according to client brand guidelines
  • Reply to customers and public figures through brand accounts
  • Produce and write a wide variety of original content
  • Produce and create a wide variety of original video content
  • Keep a pulse on new and updated social media channels, trends, and proactively identify new and topical content ideas

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience working in social media preferred
  • Highly organized, creative, and collaborative thinker
  • Explicit attention to detail
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Ability to create videos shot on mobile. Experience shooting videos on a professional camera is a plus.
  • Ability to create and edit social media videos and animations using Capcut and InShot.
  • Ability to edit using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (plus)
  • We are looking for a proactive team member, who is confident enough to bring their own ideas to the project and who will experiment with different versions of an edit, exploring multiple directions and styles whilst always adhering to our standard of delivering premium quality content.
  • Importantly, we are looking for someone who can confidently manage their time and editing workflow to fit in with rounds of feedback and deadlines. Some projects may be solo and some may be shared across our editing team remotely, so tidy project files and clean asset management is a necessity.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Previous experience working with hospitality, fashion and creative industry brands
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools (such as Buffer and Later)
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Passion for social media, storytelling, brand building, and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Solutions and results-oriented, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize actions and deadlines
  • Experience using Google Workspace, Asana and Slack
  • Ability to create and edit basic social media videos and animations using Capcut and InShot
  • Must own an iPhone and a laptop
  • This is NOT a remote position and work will be done out of our office in Lagos, Nigeria.

2.) Growth and Marketing Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Work with the Head of Digital Marketing to develop and implement client campaigns
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content that resonate with the target audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify key insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing effectiveness.Execute ongoing and approved campaigns according to client brand guidelines
  • Create and present regular reports on marketing performance and ROI to the management team.
  • Produce and write a wide variety of original content
  • Generate leads for Aura Digital and clients
  • Oversee team members in their work
  • Keep a pulse on new and updated social media channels, trends, and proactively identify new and topical content ideas

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4 years) in digital marketing with a focus on growth and client acquisition. Experience in a digital marketing agency is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized, creative, and collaborative thinker
  • Passion for social media, storytelling, brand building, and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and deliver measurable results.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and marketing automation tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Previous experience working with consumer goods, hospitality, fashion, creative industry brands

3.) Social Media Editor

Role Description

  • We are looking for a talented Social Media Editor with experience in Photoshop to join our team on a part-time basis.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, highly creative, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • As a Social Media Editor, you will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content across our social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create high-quality visual content using Photoshop and other graphic design tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and improve results.
