1.) Head of Savings and Investment

  • Develop and execute comprehensive savings mobilization strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.

  • Design and launch savings products and services that cater for various customer segments, ensuring their attractiveness and competitiveness in the market.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of savings products and services, regularly reviewing key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to savings mobilization and incorporate them into the organizations strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends related to savings and implement appropriate strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and encourage continuous saving behavior.
  • Lead and manage a team of savings mobilization officers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their effectiveness in promoting savings. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials that effectively communicate the benefits and features of savings products.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with relevant stakeholders, such as financial institutions, NGOs, and government agencies, to leverage resources and expand outreach.
  • Prepare regular reports on savings mobilization activities, progress, and outcomes, presenting them to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum academic qualification of BSc. / BA / HND Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, and any other related course.
  • Possession of MSc / MA / MBA or related professional qualification is an added advantage 5 years experience of work experience
  • Proven experience in savings mobilization, retail banking, microfinance, or a similar field, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, savings concepts, and customer behavior in the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements related to savings mobilization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective savings mobilization strategies, leading to measurable results.
  • Experience in product development, market research, and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital banking solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology tools for data analysis, reporting, and customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Skills & Competencies:

2.) Head, Customer Service

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • To provide customer information services and efficiently manage the day-to-day customer contact at an operational level.
  • The Customer Services Representative will be responsible for the overall handling of customers’ complaints and needs in the Experience Centers
  • Also, to provide assistance to customers through account opening and maintenance, information on the Banks products and services, as well as ensuring timely and exceptional service delivery in order to delight them.

Job Description

  • Ensure effective/efficient implementation of bank-wide policies with respect to branch customer services
  • Coordinate activities of the service delivery team
  • Ensure adherence of team members to the bank’s service charter, policies and procedures
  • Execute sales for all consumer banking products of the Bank
  • Promptly resolve customer issues and complaints on customer service-related matters
  • Oversee and monitor standardization in customer service delivery across the branch especially retail customers to ensure consistency of service delivery bank-wide
  • Provide feedback to the Branch Service Manager on the activities and service delivery status in the branch
  • Ensure the maintenance of a suitable ambiance in the Banking Hall
  • Ensure efficient service delivery on customer account management activities – account opening, cheque printing, standing orders, etc
  • Maintain safe custody of cheque books, customers’ files, and signature cards
  • Provide other units/branches with customer-related information
  • Manage the issuance of customer’s monthly account statements
  • Review customers’ requirements and develop strategies for additional sales.
  • Manage customers’ applications and perform registration follow-up activities.
  • Review customer account opening documents for completeness
  • Evaluate the level of customer satisfaction through the conduct of surveys and initiate corrective measures to address issues observed
  • Review all processes within the service area and suggest improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in any discipline
  • Experience in Banking operations for at least 4 – 8 years.
  • B.Sc / HND with minimum of Second Class Lower grade

3.) Retail Officer (Salary / Personal Loan and Product)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

  • Loans officers with expertise in salary loans and product sales of retail products on loan.
  • Oversees the staff that does the paperwork for mortgage applications
  • Verifies the information provided on applications to obtain more information if missing data or mistakes are present
  • Reviews file documentation for missing or erroneous information
  • Verifies information about applicant history with credit bureaus and other agencies so the lender can approve or deny the loan
  • Communicates with customers to help them choose the best mortgage loan they can afford
  • Collects data from customers, such as their assets, salaries, debts, and employment status
  • Remains aware of loan application deadlines and informs customers about them

Requirements/ Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience as Retail (Salary Loan and Personal Loan).
  • Conversant with Savings and Loan Mobilization.

4.) Recovery Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • The Recovery Officer is responsible for the collection of debts prior to legal recovery proceedings commencing, negotiating payments/payment arrangements, handling debtor enquiries and provides administrative assistance to the team.

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc degree Holder.
  • 2 or 3 years of hands-on experience with a Microfinance/finance company.
  • Relevant skills in portfolio management.
  • Must be able to manage relationships between regulators, and security officers on loan recovery and remediation.
  • High level of integrity and loyalty to the bank.
  • Microfinance Certification is a plus
  • Modern and grassroots method of loan recovery and remediation.
  • Must have a proactive approach towards loan recovery, commitment, and follow up
  • Understanding undertakings, oaths, and guarantorship bonds to loan recovery approach.
