1.) Security Officer
Job Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Secure the designated areas
- Monitor the surroundings of the factory
- Secure life and properties
- Patroling the factory and surroundings
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND, OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0 – 5 years of work experience.
Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.

- Represent the company positively and sell products to target market.
- Identify prospective ‘customers and close transactions within a short period of time
- Expected to build a strong healthy pipeline of prospective opportunities/Leads to Active and regular Business
- Understand our competition; Difference in product, price & other offerings
- Expected to build and manage solid commercial relationships at all levels and to manage all sales, margin and profitability.
- Ability to take decisions on critical and urgent matters and provide solutions.
- Maximize Business with each Customer.
- Appropriate feedback and timely follow up on customers
Qualifications, Experiences and Skills
- Candidates should possess an OND, HND or BSC qualification.
- Minimum experience of 1 year in B2B marketing with good market knowledge
- Ability to work equally on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Presentable and with good communication skills.
- Strategic / persuasive approach to business development.

Job Summary
- The business development executive will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients.
- The business development executive will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with services
Responsibilities
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
