1.) Duty Officer

Job Locations: Kano & Owerri – Imo

  • Supervising resource utilization to meet Green Africa’s standard while balancing customer service and accounting requirements
  • Providing leadership and direction for assigned staff over a 7day shift covering all daily flights, to achieve departmental goals for productivity and quality
  • Supervising all Reservations & Ticketing team activities in both back office and front desk to optimize all customer interactions into potential sales outcome
  • Ensuring all agreed SLAs, safety standards and procedures are adhered to by all internal and external parties
  • Providing correct information regarding fares, ticketing, product knowledge and refunds to airport front level staff
  • Maintaining accurate records and update PNR files
  • Ensuring all in-house teams and third parties adhere to agreed working practices/guidelines to ensure safe and on time turnaround.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in any field
  • 2 – 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Advanced computer skills and high attention to detail.

2.) Airport Manager

Job Location: Sokoto, Nigeria

Job Function: Airport Services

Job Role

  • Ensuring Operational Efficiency in terms of On Time Performance with the aim of achieving a turnaround time of 25 minutes and average monthly OTP of 80% or more
  • Leveraging Green Africa’s services and brand equity as a reliable value carrier
  • Ensuring adherence to Green Africa’s safety standards by all staff including 3rd party service providers and ramp drivers/ vehicles
  • Ensuring implementation of SOPs as reflected in the approved Airport Services Manual and ensuring corrective and preventive actions for audit findings
  • Liaising regularly with all stakeholders such as contact center, security, facilities & logistics, commercial studios and 3rd party service providers to achieve seamless daily operations and conduct effective service recovery for customers during IROPS
  • Conducting monthly strategy meetings for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly targets/goals (e.g. monthly KPIs for OTP, ancillary revenue and ticket sales, and other performance indicators to improve.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in any field

4.) Treasury Specialist

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Role

  • Cash Management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash position, including cash flow forecasting, optimizing cash utilization, and ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs. This involves maintaining relationships with banks, managing bank accounts, and executing cash transactions.
  • Funding and Capital Structure: Assist in developing and implementing funding strategies to support the airline’s capital requirements. This includes evaluating financing options, negotiating with lenders or investors, and managing debt facilities. Ensure compliance with debt covenants and monitor capital structure metrics.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks faced by the airline, such as foreign exchange risk, interest rate risk, commodity price risk, and credit risk. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including hedging programs and insurance coverage.
  • Investment Management: Oversee the airline’s investment portfolio, maximizing returns while ensuring compliance with investment policies and regulatory requirements. Evaluate investment opportunities, monitor market conditions, and make recommendations for investment decisions.
  • Treasury Systems and Processes: Utilize treasury management systems and other financial tools to streamline treasury operations, improve efficiency, and enhance controls. Participate in system implementations or upgrades as needed.
  • Relationship Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance, accounting, legal, and procurement departments, to support treasury-related activities. Build relationships with external parties, including banks, rating agencies, and investors.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial reports related to treasury activities, including cash flow statements, liquidity reports, and debt-related disclosures. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Around 2 – 5 years of experience.
