1.) Architect
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Support the running of architectural projects within the Practice and act as an independent project architect with support from senior staff.
- Assist Project Architect/manager in handling projects from the concept design stage, through the development of design and all necessary stages or applications for statutory approvals, production information, specifications, and tender process, including carrying out inspections of projects on site.
- Responsible for medium-sized architectural projects and preparing construction documentation of same.
- Solve medium architectural problems while showing creativity in design.
- Visit and supervise assigned projects to ensure adherence to design intent.
Requisite Qualifications / Experience
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree (1st Class or 2nd Class) in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Use of the following software:
- Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit Sketchup, and some knowledge of 3D software rendering software (Lumion, 3D max… etc.).
Required Skills / Attributes:
- STRONG design skills. (Compulsory)
- Excellent demonstrable understanding of building design and construction.
- Good team player.
- Good Time Management Skills and ability to adhere to deadlines given.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Sound ability to analyze programmatic requirements to produce designs that address project criteria effectively.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills.
- Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and tact.

2.) Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary
- Make presentations to investors and prospective clients on the company’s products.
- Maintain Client Relationships – maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
- Meet with Clients & Deal Closing-Meet with clients who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation.
- Meet and surpass minimum target sales of the company’s products according to agreed timelines.
- Implement sales plans to increase sales of the company’s products, Work in the sales team to drive to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Requisite Qualifications / Experience
- 1st Degree (1st Class or 2nd Class) in Business Administration or relevant courses
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven track record of success in sales in the real estate industry in Nigeria.

3.) Laundry Manager
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Reporting line: Operations Manager
Summary
- Developing and putting into operation the current system and technical advancement in the field of laundry operations to ensure profitability.
- Formulating washing formula for stained loads.
- Ensuring the washing of linen and uniform as per standard.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for outstanding repairs of machinery.
- Record and monitor laundry costs.
- Approve distribution of linen to guestrooms, food and beverage, and the apartments within the building.
- Maintenance and upkeep of all laundry equipment.
- Coordinating with the facilities management Department about their routine maintenance of the equipment.
- Preparation of the annual Laundry Budget.
- Develop new methods for increasing laundry efficiency.
- Direct all Laundry staff.
Requisite Qualifications / Experience
- B.Sc (1st Class or 2nd Class) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any other related qualification.
