Job description: An international 5* brand hotel seeks an experienced Mediterranean cuisine chef (particulary from Italian Peninsula) to manage the kitchen of a busy outlet, Essential requirements:-
- Formal qualifications – City and Guilds or equivalent
- Must have solid cheffing experience in recognised international Brand hotels or well known restaurant brands
- Specialised Italian / Mediterranean chef who excells at Italian pizza making
- Be comfortable working in an open kitchen and being a flamboyant showman with pizza making
- Prior Sub Saharan African experience an advantage
- Used to working in hardship or remote locations
- Stable track record
- Fluent in English
- Maximum age of 50
- Mediterranean nationality
