Key Responsibilities:
- Develop protocols for IT usage across departments and projects.
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Assign duties to IT managers and officers and monitor their execution.
- Optimize business IT processes and monitor efficiency.
- Ensure network components meet company requirements and are utilized effectively.
- Collaborate with professionals to maintain IT standards and functionality.
- Edit standard operating procedures and create program installation instructions.
- Analyze current processes, technology, and vendors for improvements.
- Train employees on software and hardware usage.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support as needed.
- Develop and execute disaster procedures and data backups.
- Perform any other functions as requested by Management.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or a relevant field; an MSc is an advantage.
- Relevant professional certifications in Computer Science or IT related field are an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT service delivery experience.
- Proficient in operating systems, network technologies, and IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Experience with IT project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and data storage solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities in managing teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and multitasking abilities.
