Our client, a foremost supplier of high quality medical diagnostic products and services in West Africa, is looking to hire an ICT Manager in Lagos.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing an overall digital strategy and automation of work process. Also, responsible for company wide system planning, IT infrastructure management, Cyber Security, and effective utilization of available technology resources.
Responsible for the effective implementation and management of Microsoft Dynamics ;365 enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, learning management system (LMS)fileserver and networking infrastructure, application software development, information security, instructional technologies, technical training, micro-computer installation and maintenance, and user support services.
Responsible for the development and implementation of policies, protocols, and standards on a broad range of ICT issues.
Responsible for providing staff and guests with a securely encoded identification card that can be used to access the building and record attendance.
Effective stakeholder management, especially with regards to costs, value, and risk- potential of new IT projects.
Conduct periodic capability assessment i.e., ensures client’s preparedness, timely response, and rapid recovery in the event of a cyber-attack, natural disaster, or another emergency.
Responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client’s data and information systems.
Ensure that new applications and technologies are compatible with existing systems and are appropriately integrated into client’s enterprise architecture.
Oversees the planning, analysis, design, and implementation of selected system-wide software applications by working with staff in respective business functions to determine requirements, achieve milestones, and deploy successful Information Services projects.
Collaborates with the Finance team in the preparation of the annual budget, authorizing the expenditure of funds, and maintaining overall budget control of the Information Services.
Manage IT Helpdesk to effectively resolve employee day to day IT challenges regarding laptop, CUP, MiFi etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or ICT related Program
- 5 years of experience in ICT management & service delivery
- Certification on PMP/PRINCE2,ITIL v3/v4, MCSA, MCSE and CWNA.
