- Responsible for providing support in various human resources functions, which includes recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring, implementing HR policies, procedures and the overall HR strategy.
Qualifications and Experience
- HND / BSc in Social Science, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR functions and best practices.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
