Job description: Sunbeth Global Concept Limited is a trading company specializing in the exportation of raw cocoa beans and cashew from Nigeria. Although established in August 2017, the company has deep roots in the cocoa industry as it emanated from Sunny Owoh Ventures Nigeria Limited, a long-standing cocoa sourcing company with over 20 years of business activities in Ondo-State, Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Human Resources Head / Admin
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Role
- To coordinate the development, and implementation of HR services to support the strategic objectives and direction of the organization and across all business units
- Implement HR processes that are directly linked to the business strategy of the organization
- All Administrative functions of the entire group. Reports to Executive Director/MD Group N/A Supervises Liaises with HR Officers Admin officer(s) Finance Strategy Operations Unit N/A
Responsibilities
- Facilitate/ be executive sponsor for the long-term Group organizational vision and align with the business priorities
- Align organizational model with business objectives, revenue and sales targets and strategic plan for the company
- Establishment of HR policies and communication to the department heads
- Provide Leadership with guidance and direction to forecast workforce needs in line with business requirements and define build or buy strategy with an overall aim of business improvement.
- Create and review employee benefits e.g., retirement plans, pensions, insurance and other benefits to the MD and Board
- Ensure compliance with pension & tax laws in salary administration.
- Initiate a performance-driven culture across the organization through the facilitation and development of business goals and metrics to improve team and individual effectiveness
- Source, recruit and employ human resources to achieve business growth and performance goals
- Liaise with leaders to ensure compliance and minimize employee grievances across the organization
- Administrative overview
- Perform other functions as assigned by the ED/MD Professional Requirements

Qualification Qualification
- A good First Degree in any discipline with a minimum of a second class lower. Relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage in Professional Membership
- A recognized professional certification will be an added advantage e.g. CIPD, CIPM, etc.
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management
