Our client is a reputable technology company that specializes in building technology-based solutions for both private and public institutions in Nigeria. A few of their prominent solutions include parking management, payment and ticketing services, general IT solutions and infrastructure building and management.

The Company is seeking to hire a highly experienced HR Manager with strong talent management background to manage the organisation’s critical resource – People to align with its culture and values in meeting its objectives and goals. This role will involve nurturing the unique organisational culture, optimizing the team’s performance, and bolstering the workforce’s effectiveness.

The ideal candidate for this role must possess the Charisma and zeal to influence people and leaders to align HR initiatives with the business goals, foster employee development, and contribute significantly to the company’s growth and sustainability.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the Company’s overall business strategy.

Collaborate with senior management to drive HR-related objectives and foster a culture of excellence.

Develop a talent pool Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.

Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate a seamless integration process.

Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-performing professionals.

Regularly review and optimize compensation structures to remain competitive in the market.

Implement and manage performance appraisal and management systems that promote employee growth and development.

Assist in identifying and nurturing high-potential talent within the organization.

Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Ensure strict adherence to legal requirements and employment regulations.

Develop and execute comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Facilitate continuous learning opportunities to drive professional growth.

Lead workforce planning efforts, aligning staffing levels with business needs.

Utilize human capital analytics to inform decision-making and optimize workforce efficiency.

Play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting the Company’s organizational culture.

Implement strategies to boost employee engagement and enhance job satisfaction.

Develop the Company’s staff handbook, HR processes, and policies.

Supervise and provide guidance to HR staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team.

Set clear expectations, provide mentorship, and encourage professional development.

Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Stay abreast of parking management services and human resource trends, best practices, and industry developments.

Initiate, develop, and champion PMS and HR training.

Continuously assess and improve HR processes and policies.

Stay updated on labour laws and regulations and ensure the Company’s compliance.

Mitigate HR-related risks through proactive measures.

Requirements

Frist degree in Human Resources Management/Social Sciences or a related field would be a significant asset.

Possession of recognized HR certifications is highly desirable.

5+ years working experience will be desired. Prior experience in the parking management or urban mobility industry would be beneficial.

Experience in managing organizational change initiatives, particularly related to HR processes and culture transformation.

Proficiency in multiple languages, especially in the context of a diverse workforce, would be advantageous.

Strong data analytics skills with the ability to leverage HR analytics tools and methodologies for strategic decision-making.

Familiarity with HR software and technology platforms for recruitment, performance management, and data analysis.

Prior involvement in community engagement or corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Benefits

Compensation: Base Pay is N250k monthly net + other interesting benefits
