Job description: Job Description:We are seeking talented HR Managers who will deliver effective and efficient service to the O&HR team, with a focus on HR operational systems and delivery. Responsibilities include managing the accuracy of employee data for reporting and distribution, while also ensuring alignment of headcount budget with employee costsRequirements

• Bachelor Degree in Social sciences or related field

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources

• Generalist capacity or services delivery experience.

• Strong interpersonal & analytical skills and result driven.

• Client focused and customer service disposition.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality in handling sensitive data and information.

• Must be highly organized and detailed.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
