Job Position: HR / Admin Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department
Responsibilities
- Maintain physical and digital personnel records.
- Update internal database with new hire information on SeamlessHR portal and SharePoint.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for employees.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., joiners and leavers report, Employee headcount etc.)
- Assist in recruitment process; Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
- Assist in publishing job ads.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Create budget for official events.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role (1 to 2 years experience).
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Experience with HR software. Like SeamlessHR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management skills.
- A keen eye for details
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
