• Team Leadership and Development: Recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing operations team
• Operational Oversight: Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and consistent operations across all restaurant locations.
• Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure that all products and services consistently meet or exceed the brand’s standards.
• Financial Management: Working closely with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for each restaurant location.
• Guest Experience: Prioritising and enhancing the overall guest experience by monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensuring all restaurants comply with local health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant legal requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior operations role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service.
