Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to optimize the overall performance of Our client’s operations.
Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring seamless execution of business processes and aligning them with organizational goals.
Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout their interaction with with the client’s products and services.
Establish and implement measures to monitor and improve customer experience metrics.
Digital Notarization Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the digital/online notarization process and technologies. Continuously assess industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation in our notarization services.
Customer Requests Management: Take charge of handling critical customer requests from initiation to completion, coordinating with notaries as required.
Ensure prompt and effective communication between customers and the notary community.
Notary Engagement Strategy: Develop comprehensive strategies to engage, retain, and grow the notary community.
Foster strong relationships with notaries through regular interactions and support, elevating the client’s position as the preferred platform for notarization services.
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to align operational strategies with the company’s overall vision. Work closely with other departments such as Products, Engineering, Revenue & Growth, and Legal to ensure seamless coordination and execution of business initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations department and regularly monitor performance against these metrics. Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous process enhancements.
Notary Engagement Strategy: Develop comprehensive strategies to engage, retain, and grow the notary community. Foster strong relationships with notaries through regular interactions and support, elevating the client’s position as the preferred platform for notarization services.
Customer Satisfaction: Implement measures to ensure maximum customer satisfaction by closely monitoring feedback, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly. Strive to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service delivery.
Regulatory Compliance: Set up and maintain quality control mechanisms to ensure that all notarization processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Guarantee that audit trails are maintained, and signatures remain legally binding.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in operations management, particularly in customer-centric environments.
Familiarity with digital notarization processes and technologies is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and notaries.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to notarization is an advantage.
