This will include administrative tasks, platform and process management, research and campaign set up. This role will sit within the Growth Marketing function but will also have opportunities to work with Growth Product and Growth Data and gain a wide range of experience.Responsibilities

  • Support the team in daily administrative tasks such as reporting, preparation of slide decks, Notion documentation etc.
  • Monitor and update platform management processes (audience lists, campaign tagging, content organisation, naming conventions, etc.)
  • Conduct competitor and customer research to support Growth initiatives.
  • Support the team with campaign set ups across different platforms (digital ads, lifecycle messaging, etc.).
  • Liaise with other teams to help drive projects forward
  • Assist with testing new features and troubleshooting potential bugs within the tools that we use.
  • Explore ways to utilize available (or new) technology to improve team operations and unlock efficiencies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing, and share insights with the rest of the team.
  • Be adaptive to business needs and take on ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient with the use of Google Workspace (Gmail, google sheets, google docs etc.)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and hardworking
