Job description: Our client is a large luxury 5* hotel in Nigeria which is about to embark on an extensive refurbishment and they now require the services of an experienced General Manager to guide them successfully through the renovation and relaunch. Essential attributes:
- Must have a solid background in the 5* market in properties with 400+ rooms
- International brand experience (Hilton, Radisson etc) in 5* hotels as GM – essential
- Experienced working in the Corporate segment dealing with high profile business clientele as well as government dignataries and departments
- Must possess prior project experience, either pre-opening or with extensive refurbishments
- Must have worked previously in Africa
- Very Diplomatic with the ability to build strong business relationships both locally and internationally
