Job Description
- We are looking for someone capable to lead the total organizational restructure of our company.
- Our ideal candidate must be a Leader with 10 to 15 years of Practical Business Leadership Experience in the capacity of a General Manager or Managing Director, in the Real Estate Sector, with Evidence of Success.
- You will be responsible for the day to day management of the business and strategically planning to ensure profitability and efficient processes.
General Requirements
- B.Sc in Business Management/ Business Administration / Property Management.
- Additional qualifications will be added advantage.
- The ability to Restructure, Manage and Organize Operational Procedures.
- Problem-solving aptitude and good communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
- Working Knowledge of Human Resources Processes
- Professional Qualification in related field will be a plus.
- Practical Knowledge of Real Estate and the Hospitality trends in Nigeria.
- Experience in Re-branding / Modernization of a company.
- Candidate must not be less than 45 years of age.
