Job Vacancy: Job title: Food & Beverage Director – Nigeria
Job description: A large luxury 5* hotel in Nigeria which is about to embark on an extensive refurbishment, is seeking to employ an experienced Director of F&B to join them in establishing an outstanding F&B department. The hotel has 500+ rooms and six F&B outlets including All Day Dining, Italian restaurant, and Roof bar lounge plus extensive banqueting facilities. Key attributes:
- Tertiary qualification
- Must have a solid Food & Beverage background in the 5* hotel international market within a brand hotel (Radisson, Hilton, Hyatt etc)
- Must currently be holding a F&b Director role in 5* Corporate hotel with over 400 rooms – this is essentail
- Experienced working in the Corporate segment dealing with high profile business clientele as well as government dignitaries and departments
- Previous pre-opening, renovation or project experience essential
- Strong leader, comfortable managing large multi cultural teams
- Must have worked in Europe and Africa
- Fluency in English a pre-requisite
- STABLE TRACK RECORD in 5* HOTELS – must be a F&B Manager in a 5* 400 roomed hotel – NOT A GM
- Maximum age of 40
