We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in Nigeria.Responsibilities:As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of operations, with a focus on banqueting, daily outlets, and staff management. Your primary responsibilities will include:Banqueting Excellence: Coordinate and execute banquets for up to 8000 people in various locations, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.Daily Outlet Operations: Manage daily operations for outlets with a capacity of 1800 covers, overseeing the quality of service, menu offerings, and overall guest experience.Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of 600 staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide training and development opportunities to ensure a high level of professionalism and service.Financial Management: Drive and achieve a food and beverage revenue target of $25 million per year through strategic planning, cost control, and revenue optimization.Professionalism and Diplomacy: Demonstrate a mature and diplomatic approach in dealing with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
