We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Floor Manager for our new concept.
The ambiance is of casual fine dining- the menu is maninly continental fusion with lots of signature dishes.
Our ideal candidate is someone who possess:
– South African nationality.
– A seasoned age bracket between 27 to 40 years.
– A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
– Proficiency in managing all aspects of operations from front of house to bar, including supporting back of house positions.
– A keen understanding of service quality standards and customer expectations.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build harmonious relationships with staff and patrons alike.
Key responsibilities will include:
– Overseeing daily operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
– Leading the team to create an engaging, fun, professional atmosphere.
– Handling inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining optimal stock levels.
– Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
– Scheduling staff and managing payroll efficiently.
– Resolving any concerns or complaints from customers promptly and professionally.
Salary $2,500
Local salary of $250 monthly allowence for spending money
